This is a simple format in which an annotated bibliography is prepared. The various heads, in which information regarding the resources is to be included, are provided at the starting. These are authors’ name and year of publication, the journal issue number, purpose of using the source, the sample studies, methods used, key findings as per the study, conclusion derived and limitations regarding validity and reliability. Along with every entry for book or journal, there has to be a summary of the information that is pertinent and related to the current study. This format makes it convenient for reviewers to judge the appropriateness of using a particular source.
