MODULE HANDBOOK for INTERNATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
International business (IB) is a growing trend, as businesses are going global. This module talks about various factors that impact business on an international level, and the focus is on helping small and medium enterprises deal with the challenges of worldwide trade. The module starts by giving some background information about the theories on which such trade is based, geographical spread of IB and ways in which business opportunities are found. It also trains students for preparing business plans. It further explores family businesses, strategies for expansion, and the role of innovation. A 4000-word report, prepared by each student on the basis of his learning, will form the basis of evaluation.
